on999 Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on the on999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of on999 or any of its affiliated, subsidiary, or parent companies.
• You must not be a spouse, partner, or dependent of any on999 employee or affiliated party.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling on on999 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or by regulatory order.
• You must not have had a previous on999 account closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law — you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction of access.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, national identity number, bank account, phone number, IP address, device fingerprint, or household address — are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid mobile phone number, and a bank account or e-wallet in your own name for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals. The use of nominee or third-party payment methods is prohibited.

Your account credentials — particularly your password — are your sole responsibility. You must not share your password with any third party. on999 will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the Company immediately via the support email address provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without stating a reason, and to impose geographic or device-level restrictions on account creation at its sole discretion.

4.1 Deposits. on999 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no platform fee on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transfer charges, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. The Company will reject and return any deposit received from a third-party account. Processing times vary by payment channel — local bank transfers typically credit within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (08.00–21.00 WIB), while e-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are generally instant.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the Member's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The Company targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security review.

4.3 KYC Verification. All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. Required documents include a copy of a valid national identity card (KTP or passport) and proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet designated for withdrawals. The Company may request additional documentation for withdrawals above Rp 10.000.000 or where unusual account activity has been flagged.

4.4 Currency. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company does not accept, hold, or convert foreign currencies or cryptocurrency on behalf of Members.

on999 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-bet rewards to eligible Members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and prevail in the event of any conflict with the general provisions of this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the standard wagering requirement is 10× (ten times) the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagers placed on certain game categories (as specified per offer) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying a wagering requirement.

5.2 Withdrawal Cap. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is 5× (five times) the value of the original bonus awarded.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus offer may be active in a Member's account at any given time. Opting into a new offer before satisfying an existing wagering requirement will result in the automatic forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.

5.4 Abuse Policy. The Company actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-variance wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, multi-accounting, and coordinated syndicate play. Members identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided and may face permanent account closure.

5.5 Amendments. on999 reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time, including retroactively where fraud or abuse is detected. The Company also reserves the right to refuse any bonus claim at its sole discretion.

All wagers placed on the on999 Platform are subject to the specific game and market rules published within the Platform interface. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for the purpose of settling that wager.

6.1 Sportsbook. The on999 sportsbook — covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifying, and a range of other competitions — operates under standard international sports betting rules. Markets available include 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under totals, mix parlay (accumulator), and live in-play wagering. Minimum single-bet stake is Rp 10.000. Maximum payout limits per event are specified on the relevant market page and may vary by competition.

6.2 Togel and Numbers Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), available on on999, is governed by draw schedules published on the relevant game page. Results are final upon official draw confirmation. on999 accepts no responsibility for technical errors in submission if a bet is placed after the draw deadline.

6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. The outcome of all live casino rounds is determined at the physical gaming table and is final. Technical disconnections after a bet is confirmed do not invalidate the wager; the settled result stands.

6.4 Slot Games. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual session.

6.5 Errors and Misquotes. In the event of an obvious error in odds, lines, or game parameters (including manifest mispricing), the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. Members who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed under the Prohibited Conduct provisions of Section 7.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the on999 Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration, during KYC, or at any point during account use.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated wagering software without the Company's explicit written consent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker (where offered), or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage and syndicate betting: Operating coordinated betting accounts or exploiting cross-platform arbitrage opportunities in a manner that violates the spirit of fair single-account wagering.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder, transfer, or conceal funds of any origin through deposit and withdrawal cycles that do not reflect genuine wagering activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through a bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been credited and wagered.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward on999 staff, support agents, or other Members in any communication channel.

The Company employs dedicated risk and compliance teams who monitor account activity continuously. Suspected violations will be investigated, and affected accounts will be suspended pending the outcome of that investigation. The Company will not release funds from a suspended account until the investigation is concluded and the Member's conduct has been fully assessed.

All content on the on999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, game thumbnails, promotional graphics, text, code, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to the Company. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.

Game content streamed or displayed through the Platform (including Evolution Gaming studios, Pragmatic Play slots, and other third-party titles) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio or provider and is licensed to on999 for the purpose of delivery to Members. Members obtain no intellectual property rights by accessing such content.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data by on999 is governed by the on999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms an integral part of the agreement between the Company and each Member.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for certain processing activities at any time, subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy and any obligations the Company has under applicable law, including KYC and AML record-keeping requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, on999 and its affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or actions by third parties including internet service providers.
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to safeguard account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member has not enabled available security features.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party service integrated with the Platform, including live-streaming providers and game studios.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Company-Initiated Closure. on999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void funds associated with that account, in the event of:

• Actual or suspected violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Actual or suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or eligibility verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• A regulatory or law-enforcement requirement to do so.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no wagering activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant and may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

11.2 Member-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your on999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and a final account review. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to voluntarily restrict their access for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion via the support team. See the on999 Responsible Gaming page for full details on available self-exclusion periods and deposit limit tools.

on999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active Members via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to initiate account closure before the effective date of the changes where possible.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. on999 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform if you have any concerns about current terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to on999's international operating licence. The Company operates as a licensed and regulated online gaming operator; the specific jurisdiction of licensure is disclosed upon direct request to the support team.

13.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact the on999 support team in the first instance. The Company commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive written response within 7 business days.

13.2 Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first submission shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority governing on999's licence. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.3 Jurisdiction of Access. Members access the Platform from Indonesia at their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of online gambling services complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. on999 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or accessible in all locations within Indonesia or beyond.
